Hi there!

It’s that resort time of year in the dead of winter where we dream of being on a beach. Whether you’re going somewhere warm (really looking forward to Mexico in March with my fiancé my brother and his fiancé) or just want to look ahead to spring looks, I put together this look that was so much fun to wear!

This one shoulder (and one long sleeve) bodysuit is by Farm Rio one of my favorite stores from Brazil that you can now shop online for in the US. I’ve blogged about some of their pieces before that I love. This was on sale, and they have lots of tropical prints in line with their Brazilian roots. I loved that it has “caju” on it which is the fruit where the cashew nut grows on. I styled it with a pair of orange belted Vici Dolls shorts and some espadrilles I bought in Italy last Spring. A side braid is always a good option in the humid climate too, since my waves get a little frizzy! I was in Miami last November where we took these photos.

Happy Resort season!

Hi there!

Summer is upon us and I’m so thrilled my favorite brand from Brazil, Farm Rio, is now global and we can shop them online! They always do colorful looks and beautiful tropical prints that are fun and festive. I got out in LA recently wearing this new skirt of theirs (and a previously blogged about Topshop crop top) and Tory Burch wedges I just scored in the Nordstrom sale!

Photos thanks to Rishi Mehta. Farm Rio I’m so grateful for you being more accessible now and I don’t have to wait until I go to Brazil to see family to shop at your beautiful stores!

Hi there!

I was able to recently have an end of summer beach day on Coney Island in Brooklyn, and this beautiful hoodie by Ocean Drive, a subsidiary company of Vintage Havana. I started working with this brand after discovering them at Christina's beachy store in Watch Hill, RI while on a beach day there. Christina's has the cutest fashion ever and it's always been a favorite of mine in Watch Hill. Be sure to check them out if you're ever in that area (and Taylor Swift's house lol).

I love how this sweater is comfortable and cozy while still being fashion forward with the striped neon pink and cream, beachy by design, and perfect for a windy day at the beach! I paired it with an oldie but goodie pair of H&M lace shorts and my Aldo gold berkenstock-style espadrilles sandals.

Happy Indian Summer like we are currently having in New York! I'm loving it!

Hi there!

Happy first day of summer! I was recently on vacation visiting family in Brazil and while visiting the Ricardo Brennard museum Frsncisco and I felt inspired to shoot in the beautiful setting that is the grounds of the museum.

Recently 90s fashion has resurfaced in a big way. In my look you'll see two or three of those trends: the choker, the crop top, and a long skirt. My crop top from H&M is updated with small mesh cutouts on the sides, and the choker from Aldo is a felt wrap choker that can be worn different ways. The skirt is a flowy light pink number from Forever 21 that is slightly sheer with a darker pink solid mini inside to add depth, and the draping on the skirt adds some nice texture too. I finished the look with an espadrilles from Spain (where espadrilles originated: "alpargatas") for a casual daytime look. Swap the flat for a wedge or heel in the evening and voila you have a fun summer going out look!

Enjoy the beautiful weather,
